Upgraded a 1965 Federal Pacific panel to a new 200A Square D panel with whole-home surge protection. Added six new circuits for modern appliances including an EV charger dedicated line.
RESIDENTIAL› BAYSHORE BOULEVARD HOME
Designed and installed a complete lighting package for a 3,500 sq ft home renovation. Included 42 recessed lights, pendant fixtures, under-cabinet LEDs, and a landscape lighting system with smart controls.
RESIDENTIAL› RIVERVIEW HOME
Installed dual Tesla Wall Connectors in a residential garage with load management. Required a panel upgrade to 200A and dedicated 60A circuits for each charger with smart load sharing.
